Returns

Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

To start a return, email hello@loftyn.ca with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we refund your original payment method.

If your delivery arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will help put it right.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
