Frequently asked questions
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is charged on every order and priced live at checkout for your address. We price delivery live at checkout, from the supplier's warehouse to your address, based on the weight and size of the pieces in your order — you see the price before you pay. There is no free-delivery threshold.
- Can I return a piece?
- You have 7 days from delivery to return a piece. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, and a 20% restocking fee applies. To start a return, email hello@loftyn.ca with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we refund your original payment method.
- How do I pay?
- Your card is authorized when you place your order and charged once the supplier confirms the piece. Pay over time with Affirm or Afterpay at checkout.
- Where is my order?
- Track your order with your order number and email on the order tracking page.
- How do I contact you?
