Rowan Light Brown Oak Wood Bench

Every modern home eventually needs a versatile seat that does not compete for attention, and the Rowan Bench answers the call. Finished in a light brown oak veneer with a fine wirebrush texture, it brings a sculptural, grounded presence to an entryway, hallway, or living space. Wide enough to seat three, Rowan turns extra seating into an intentional design statement rather than an afterthought.

Rowan's oak veneer is layered over a manufactured wood core, pairing the warmth of natural grain with a stable, consistent frame that resists the warping common to solid-only construction. The wirebrush texture is applied before a spray lacquer finish locks it in, so the surface reads richly tactile rather than flat. Four removable legs simplify placement and transport, letting the bench move room to room without disassembling the frame.

Built to support a minimum of 250 pounds per seat, Rowan is engineered for genuine daily use, not just occasional styling. Multi-Functional Versatility: Adds backless seating to an entryway, dining table, or living room Design Style and Aesthetic Fit: Light oak veneer and wirebrush texture suit modern, transitional rooms Premium Materials and Craftsmanship: Oak veneer over manufactured wood with a hand wirebrushed texture Seating Capacity and Comfort: Wide bench seat comfortably fits three adults side by side Scale and Room Fit: 65 inches long, ideal for a wide entryway or hallway Durability and Construction Quality: Frame supports a minimum of 250 pounds per seat Pairing and Placement Flexibility: Slides against a wall or extends seating near a dining table Removable Legs for Easy Setup: Four removable legs simplify placement and moving between rooms Ease of Care: Wipe the wood surface clean with a soft dry cloth Assembly and Setup Ease: Assembles in about ten minutes using only a hand tool Each Rowan Bench ships in four main components with a 27-piece hardware kit and a 5mm Allen key included, ready for two people to assemble in about ten minutes using hand tools only.

No power tools are required or recommended. Mercana backs the piece with a 90-day product warranty for residential use, and because the oak veneer carries natural grain variation, gentle differences in color and pattern between individual benches should be expected.
